Service Explanation
Video breakdown after first lesson- Slow-Motion video will be taken of each participant from the side and front. This video will go through a mechanical review to determine each participant’s efficiencies and inefficiencies in their pitching delivery.
Individualized throwing drills based on player’s needs- There will be pitching drills given to each participant to address their inefficiencies, to promote higher pitching velocity and most importantly arm health.
Pitch Development- During bullpens, participants will be taught how to throw different pitches effectively.
Recovery/Arm Care- After throwing each participant will be given recovery and arm care exercises to help recover and strengthen the arm and body from the demands of throwing.
Velo Tracking Every 2-3 Weeks- Participants will have their pitches tracked on a radar gun to determine their pitching velocity.
Movement Training- To help work on pitching mechanics without throwing, participants will be given drills to perform with a water bag or medicine ball, to optimize their movement capacity and improve athleticism.
